| no partners | | Porch hike taking advantage of the absolutely perfect sunny weather after yesterday's fresh dusting of snow.
Getting closer to spring made this a true early shed hunting hike so I followed game trails the entire length of the trip minus crossing the highway there and back.
Slow going scanning and searching looking for goodies with just the right amount of bushwhacking throughout the day.
Headwaters of Ash and Butcher were both dry, Shoofly was next to check but my phone died, I needed it to communicate with company arriving tonight and it was of course the one day I forgot my portable charger so I cut my loop short.
I got lucky with one solid Wapiti shed from last year but no fresh brown gold just yet.
