After camping at KP I proceeded to drive FR 24 its entire length from US 191 to where it pops out around Big Lake on the 273.
Along the way I figured I would make a few stops and the long topo marked trail along Fish Creek intrigued me.

On the drive in I saw literally herd after herd of mule deer, more than I've ever seen so before dropping into the canyon I did a bit of glassing with the pair of hunting binos and tripod my cousin lent me.

This area would be even more stunning if it wasn't ravaged by the Wallow Fire which did make for many obstacles and a bit of a nuisance in some spots not to mention took a bit of a toll on the scenery but still beautiful nonetheless.
Even along the "trail" there was so much debris and misdirection it became old so I opted for a gnarly climb out that I would not recommended unless you absolutely hate out and backs.
Although I did find an absolute bomber Muley shed on the way out in an area I figured would hold something.

Would be best to backpack and shuttle the entire length of Fish Creek #60 down to the Black River, lots of wildlife, no shortage of water and big country would all be apart of the journey.
