We drove out to Fish Creek Vista Saturday morning arriving around 8:10am. We were the first ones to the lot, but by the end of our hike the lot was full. Also, there were a couple of light washouts on the road that caused my friend to take care of her sedan when driving in. Higher clearance vehicles will have no issues.

The paved path at the vista has great views and is worth a wander down it to see the canyon views if you’ve never been.

Onto the hike! Took us about 30 minutes to walk down the (closed) road at a casual pace. Most of our time was wandering around Fish Creek canyon upstream from the bridge. There were pools of water to navigate around and the fall colors were great! It took us about 45 mins to walk up the road when we were done. It was a fun hike, and if you’re willing to get wet, I’m sure you could go further upstream!

From above, all of the trees in the canyons looked yellow. I would say it was 50/50 once in the canyon. So beautiful!

	This is for the water at Fish Creek just upstream of the Apache Trail bridge down the (closed) road from the Fish Creek Vista. There were several pools and light flow of water a mile or so in.
