| no partners | | When we get a nice sustained rain in the Supes, I always think about the waterfalls. I had a few free hours on Friday morning and decided to hike up to the hidden canyon behind the Treasure Loop Trail. I am glad I did. A very strong flow and an amazing visit.
I first discovered this place when I did a reverse Flatiron hike a few years back. It's a great place to see, with or without water. But, the falls really take this place to another level. I am still not sure what this canyon is called? Anyone out there familiar with the "offical" name of this canyon?
This path is getting more and more defined. I guess posting pictures and triplogs are not helping keeping this one less traveled. Putting this genie back in the bottle might be past the point of no return. But, it looks like someone accidentally knocked over most of the cairns yesterday |
