We did a variation on this hike shortly after the big snow this spring, and really enjoyed it. The weather was looking good for the weekend and we decided to do a quick local hike while the weather was still reasonably cool.

Really enjoy this hike, I think it may be one of our favorites. Superstitions are wonderful, weather was perfect and the palo verde trees were in full bloom. This trail is easy to follow, elevation gain is reasonable; the views are stunning.

We decided this is a perfect candidate for a night hike next full moon.
