I should have been prepping my house for Thanksgiving this morning. Instead, I was hiking. Nobody else at the trailhead when I arrived. Headed up Pyramid, with perfect weather. Got distracted and walked past my usual turnaround spot, so I went all the way to National, then turned around after a short distance on National. Clouds got heavier in my way back down, and it rained on me for the last mile or so. Heard a couple rumbles of thunder just as I was getting back to the trailhead. Three other cars in the parking lot when I finished. Nice to get a hike in today!
