I was looking for an exercise hike close to home, and decided on this one once again. It was a great day to be outside, and there weren't many people on the trail. In fact, once I got on the Andrews-Kinsey Trail I did not see any hikers or mountain bikers.

I started the hike from the Lost Dog Wash TH; went up to Sunrise Peak; took the A-K Trail into the Fountain Hills Preserve; then went up to Peak 3098; dropped down to the Promenade Trail; then took the A-K Trail back to the Scottsdale Preserve, where I retraced my route back to the TH.
