| no partners | | | Sunday morning we were going to head to the Maricopas to finally locate an Air Force crash site, but I didn't feel like driving that far. So Deb said let's drive out the Bartlett Lake road. We decided to go to a small hill site that we first found 45 years ago when we were dating. It was the first site we found together and Deb's first ever ruin. It is a nice little place with a very well developed growing area, which entailed removing lots of rocks and bringing in extra dirt. We lunched and talked about all the other sites we have found in the area and how they are in line of sight of each other. Great day and fun to revisit a place 45 years later. |
