Plethora of deer ears underway. New Mexico Locust is blooming, some 50 ft trees too.

Initial climb up sweaty, bridge walk over delightful. Then heading up Miller was a half-mile cloud of dense gnats.

Upper Pat Scott is among the nicest stretches of trail in AZ. Passing below Hamburg it's more Pinal fab.

Heading up the road looked pretty gnarly at one turn in the zig-zag switchbacks. My thought was I couldn't recommend a stock tire sedan or low clearance. Returning I didn't notice that crater dip or it was easier to get around than previously thought. JJ still thought little sharp rocks in the upper portion might not be good for stock sedan tires.
