Three days and two nights on the Highline trail from the Pine TH to Washington Park and back. I have down most if not all of the AZT #26 in pieces before, but this makes it official in my mind.
We camped both nights at Bray Creek, which has running water and good camp sites.Explored Bray Canyon. Found the source of the Spring water 1/2 mile up the canyon where it comes out of the ground not too far from the cliffs leading up to the rim.
Weather was nice and cool in the mornings. We did not hike during the heat of the day, but temps stayed in the mid-eighties so it wouldn't have been too bad.
We read books in the afternoons and did some exploring. Relaxing weekend. Thanks Kelly. :)
