Nice little hike up my go to when short on time. The air quality was yucky, but it was only 107 at the empty trailhead parking lot. Had a few quiet moments at the top before being joined by a young couple who proceeded to smoke a bunch of weed. I asked nicely if smoking anything at this juncture made sense given the burning world around them. They were nice enough to extinguish their pipe and admitted to not really thinking things through. Great sunset and even got rain for a little while.
