EJ Peak has got a lot of bang for your buck. The plan was to take super-doggo Luna up to the top and watch the sunset. Normally I don't normally listen to tunes while I hike, but I needed something today to get out of my head. Ryan Bingham's, Mescalito took me up and Charlie Daniels Band's, Fire On The Mountain took me down.

And out in the desert, I could sit on up in heaven
And the sun keeps settin' for miles

One group of Mt Bikers, one group of dirt bikers and one mounted rider at the trailhead, but no one else up on the trail. A single Breaking Bad RV and the build up of the obligatory trash at entrance to the canyon.

Beautiful sunset and put my head back to where it needs to be :)
