| no partners | | | Hiked up the trail a couple miles to find a geocache. This trail is open to motorcycles and stock, so not just a walking path. The trail was really nice once it turned up Wickiup Canyon as it was shaded and filled with oak and pine. Saw a nice set of bear tracks on the trail. It was quiet and very enjoyable when I went through and there were plenty of nice places to camp. I didn't make it up to the spring so don't know what the water situation would be. This was a Sunday afternoon so it might be busier on Saturday, but probably not by much. |
