Started from the 19th Ave North trailhead and headed west on Ma Ha Tuak Perimeter Trail. Cool and cloudy for most of that trail, but sunny and muggy by the time I reached the western end of it. From the end of that, I took National north for about a half mile to San Juan Lookout. Headed east up Alta, skipping Maricopa Peak. Headed over to the top of Hau’Pal/Warrior and went down that. Good loop and a nice workout. Very few people out. Saw one coyote and one snake, not sure what kind, but harmless.
