A friend of mine needed to escape the real world and some world-class batshit drama so I offered to introduce her to kayaking. We spent several hours of serenity on the lake with just enough of my inappropriate humor to make sure things didn't get too therapeutic.

Water level was up a bit from earlier in the summer. Still very low, but we were able to paddle up past the A-B Rock Crossing. We did have to hoof it up the boat ramp a couple of times, so I'm giving myself the AEG points even though apparently kayaking is a motorized sport here on the hazsite.

Snacks were enjoyed, and the consensus decision was that kay will be yakked again.
