Maiden voyage of the Kayaks. My son Ben joined me for a pleasant day on the water. First time in a kayak in many years. My upper body will pay the price tomorrow. Because the Reservoir is at only 28%, there is a trailer ban. So no boats w/motors. This made for less activity and clear paddling.

We went east and south and followed the reservoir until we ran out of water just shy of Houston Draw. The paddling was a bit tougher on the return with the breeze in our face for quite a bit.

Looking forward to hitting up more of the rim lakes
