I waited for it to warm up and explored near SR 88. I started on the Goldfields side to follow a high trail but it eventually dropped down to the lower trail so nothing new. I crossed over to Needle Vista and followed some old roads. I ended up on an old section of SR 88 I didn't know was there. I walked a few other side trails and decided to come back and explore again. there are several unmarked trails that are worth a look when one was some extra time. Of course some of the ridges without trails were calling as well. :lol:
