The burn is sad! You could see where they protected the ranch. The spring area wasn’t burnt either. You had some areas where the grass wasn’t burnt in Garden Valley and right around it was torched . It seems some of the Saguaro will be ok but not so sure about the barrels. Even saw some Prickly Pears with fruit. The hike itself was good. Wally had us 3/4 done before the sunlight hit us! Nice route and hike . Thanks Wally! Like Haz, you rock!
