Fun with packraft. Opted for a shorter outing, parked at Pebble Beach and biked the few miles to Water Users. Walked the paths upriver with the hope of getting closer to the dam, but it looks like getting close means going across Saguaro Lake Ranch, and I wasn't sure if I needed a special pass for that, so put in the same spot as last time.

Chose some different forks this time to limited success. At the first rapid went left, which was much easier and swung me nice and close to those big ol' cliffs. Went left at Snaggletooth (.5 below Water User) and dragged bottom a bunch of times. At Pinball (2 miles below Water User, or right above Pebble Beach) went right and, while it was a nice straight-shot compared to the left option, it was also shallow and I dragged again. Lots of people out on the river this morning, even with my early start, about half of them were fishing. Pulled out at 715, short and pleasant morning outing.
