Tons of tourists at the TH and on the first mile of the trail to Bell Rock. Quite a few Mountain Bikers on parts of the trail. The trail is well marked - they actually herd you by fencing from the TH. Then there are those big bomb-proof Sedona cairns. This is more for the experience than the hike, but it is a nice enough hike. Good place to take out of town visitors who want to see Sedona with just a little hiking.
