| partners | | | On our second part of the day in Ah Shi Sle Pah we headed west a bit to an area called the Alien Throne. Of the two areas we saw today this was the most fascinating. Hard to describe this area it's like a dream world. We were able to drive a dirt road to within 1.5 miles of the site. Most high clearance cars can make this dirt road. The 1.5 mile walk is pretty mundane. I followed a GPS route to the area otherwise I never would of knew it was here. Once you get close you can see that there are some formations but you have to crest the hill to see the dream world. We had planned to also head over to the north side of the area and check out the king of wings formation but we ran out of time, will have to do this on another trip. |
