Short hike along the southern portion of AZ Trail, Cienega Creek. Started from the road near Twin Tanks and headed 3.2 miles north along the AZ Trail to where we ended the other day. A little interesting than the sections north of here. The trail is in good condition. Cattle along the section near Twin Tanks. Finished up just as it was getting dark.

The road to twin Tanks off of Sonoita highway is definitely a high clearance road. Even though I was in a jeep the last 100 yards to the trail crossing we opted to walk, didn't feel the need to prove my jeep could do it, felt more of a need to see if I could do it.
