| no partners | | Another nearby workout hike. Hit several trails in Rathdrum Mtn Park. Didn’t have any specific goal in mind other than going up to the radio tower near the top of Stormking Parkway Trail. Also hiked on Westwood, Frog Spit, Timber Ridge Lane, and Majestic Passage. Trails are all in good shape, with several of them being old logging roads. Tons of trees and shade, all the drainages had flowing water, but only a few muddy spots on the trails. I think I found a potentially decent route up to the summit of Rathdrum Mtn, and may come back next week if I get a chance to research it a little more before then.
Parking lot was nearly empty when I arrived, but overflowing when I finished. Temps mostly in the upper 50s. |
