| no partners | | After several days of seemingly endless painting, decided to take the dog out for an easy hike. English Point is only ten minutes from the house. I knew it would be busy, but didn’t really care.
We first did the Yellow loop clockwise. Easy walking. Saw some hikers, dogs, bikers, and one lady on horseback. A few woodpeckers. Nice walking thru the trees.
After finishing the Yellow loop, we did the Red loop. Despite being half the distance of Yellow, I liked the Red loop a little more. Prettier trees, less thinning. No bikes or horses allowed on this loop. Easy walking. The two loops combined come out right at five miles, which is plenty for a dog walk. |
