Another day of wandering...
I began at the Coon Bluff/Bush Highway intersection and followed the continually winding contours of every slope from there to Coon Bluff itself, hoping to find something of interest by covering what small part of this area I hadn't already covered over a couple decades.

Once at the Coon Bluff Rec Site I just set off North along the river's edge, ultimately checking out where over the last few months FS-contracted folks did a whole lot of brush thinning and removal of invasive vegetation... not that it won't return in time.

Reaching the end of the clearing project coincided with my tiring of slogging through fine sand so I headed back to the car while sticking to as much solid ground as I could.
