Final segment of our Tahoe Rim Trail adventure. Big hike after so many days in a row.
The scenery was quite different from previous segments. Different feel.
Some burn area the last few miles. Awesome hike.
The other half of the Tahe Rim Trail is on the calendar! :)

Weather permitting, Mount Tallac was in order. Rocky trail compared to the TRT. Beautiful scenery as you climb with views of the surrounding mountains and lakes.
Cool and breezy on top. Spotted a grouse on the descent. Rock hopping to get down into the trees.
Fun challenging hike! :)
