we pulled into indian garden campground early afternoon, which left plenty of time for a side hike to plateau point
was really hoping to see a condor, as i saw three of them at this spot several years ago
the views would have to do, and they are well worth the extra miles
you can go past the railing and look straight down hundreds of feet to the river - not an official recommendation
sat on the flat rocks for a few minutes
quiet, immense and awe-inspiring
a film crew was out there working on some sort of project
