| no partners | | 96 hours driving around Lake Michigan with our two "advanced student" offspring who live in the Midwest. Nights in Chicago, Munising MI (on Lake Superior), Mackinaw City, and Ann Arbor.
Highlights include Painted Rocks National Lakeshore and watching the Tigers win game 4 in a Munising bar, visiting Tahquamenon Falls State Park on the UP, and walking around Mackinac Island.
Great weather and near peak autumn colors. Second time we've done this drive...really nice this time of year. |
