Took my friend and his son out on this loop overnight. I was surprised to see First Water was flowing a bit. We skipped the trail and just followed the creek bed to Hackberry. We saw a few cardinals in the spring, but they didnt' want to stay still long enough for me to snap a picture. Lots of water flowing in Hackberry Spring. I filtered some water and we left Hackberry spring to hike a bit of this loop clockwise.

We stopped in Garden Valley for the night for my friend's son's first time camping. He had a blast.
