Unfinished Business...Stubborness Wins....Much Better.... :y:

Gorgeous Day with Great Clouds and Great Temps...Started at 8:00, dinked around the Top for several Hours including the Trip over to 5024...Started down at 2:45 and got down too early for Sunset, so I dinked around on the Lower Trail for awhile, just enjoying the Day...Sunset turned out to be a Dud for me, a Winner for everyone out West... ](*,)

All those Cool Clouds that hung around with me all day just up and disappeared right at Sunset and the Color just couldn't make it...

I did manage to salvage a little at the very End...

Still a Tough Hike for me, especially since I haven't done much in about a Month, but everything got a Workout on this Day...My Arms were so Fatigued that I actually had a hard time with the Camera at the End...I had to rest my Arms on a Rock to quiet the Shake... :sl:

It was funny, the thought crossed my Mind that I might run into JJ or someone toting a Giraffe, somewhere along the Way, and as it turned out, I missed JJ by 30 minutes. He hit the Top and turned around while I was on Peak 5024... :lol:

It was good to see the Views again after 2 Years.... :y:

Wildflowers Observation Light
Chuparosa was the Flashiest Thing out there...Just a few Poppies and one Lupine Spotting...about 1/8th of the Brittlebush are Blooming...All the Blooms look stressed though and were hardly worth the Effort for Photos...The Poppies and Lupine were tiny and even the Brittlebush Blooms looked spindly and stressed...
