Clueless as always, I set out to do this once, and possibly a second lap. My IT band issue started acting up on the steep parts, and the heat was slowing me down with my crack of 1130 start, so I only did it once. Fine by me. Before I realized I did not want to do a second lap. I started to hike down, but came to my senses with my headache and the pain in the left side of my leg above my knee, so I sat in the shade for a few, and then went back to the summit to hangout by myself for almost an hour. Great views, and the trail is interesting, but my shoes are not good on rock.
