Sierra Ancha has gotten some of the best rain in the state over the past week or two, so I headed to Parker Canyon to check the flow and see what kind of waterfalls I could check out without technical gear or getting too wet. Turns out there was a ton of water, but I wasn't prepared for what would be needed to explore that canyon. Followed the creek for a ways, then when it got too risky I climbed out and photographed sunset from the edge. Camped a very cold night near the Parker Creek trailhead.
