1st trip
My midweek escape to the Eastern Superstitions for some personal time.

Lots of drinking and not much hiking that's why I'm breaking down two days into one triplog, maybe that's when you know you're a HAZ alcoholic
All jokes aside this was intended to be more of a relaxing luxury car camping trip and get the dog house type of thing in which it was a huge success!

Paradise Trail
Tuesday evening was a surreal wonderland, just before reaching the main event It began to steadily snow which was quite a surprising treat and left me mind-blown to where I was at!
The seasonal waterfall and a warm sunset was just the icing on the cake!

Wildcat Trail/Canyon
A quick knee deep crossing across a swift moving 15 foot wide Pinto Creek that required picking up my dog was the start to the short hike.
So this was the only route I forgot to download but I did review it and had it all marked out but about a mile up the hill I came to a trailess section.
I searched both up and down but didn't see any logical way without a hearty bushwhack through some nasty low lying brush and I had my pups with me so that was not going to happen today without frustration.
I then decided to head down and off to RC Falls and possibly Bull Basin.

Rock Creek
RC was awesome and had plenty of flow but due to high flow I had to pick my dog for the near dozen creek crossing and fighting through the acacia got old very quick. It was my sluggish feel from the previous night's festivities and lack of motivation of photographing in complete sunny daylight had me turning around even though I was only less than a mile from the falls.
Nothing spectacular would have came out of it so it was best left behind and on to my next little hike of the day.

Mowing Machine Spring
I noticed this scenic drainage both times iv driven on FR 287 and this past time I spotted a few cascades off the side of the road which certainly perked my interests.
With bit higher elevation it has a nice combination of pine, cactus, agave, etc... which makes for a rather idyllic area.
Not sure if one of the nearby mine owns the rights to this drainage but somebody has a hose setup and currently pumping water from it...

Overall it was a great couple of days just getting some peace and quiet and regardless of the fact I didn't too much hiking it was exactly what I needed.

Just like near every single drainage MMS was flowing more like its own steady creek with numerous cascades.
