| no partners | | | This round trip hike was from a point I hiked to the day before at Aspen Corner north to Lew Tank. Today I wanted to hike all the way to Forest Road 418 on the north side of the San Francisco Peaks but because of the weather and not wanting to do a long hike in the rain I decided to break it up into two shorter hikes. This one from Aspen Corner to Lew Tank and in the afternoon from Forest Road 418 to Lew Tank. The morning hike in the Snow Bowl area was more like one of those nature walks you have in parks, trails are easy walking and there are lots of people out for a stroll. Very scenic hike with lots of wild flowers. |
