I love this hike. Doing it today with the heat up proved to be a solid effort. Going up I could feel the heat tugging at my pace. It's either that or I'm old and out of shape. Okay probably a combo of all three.

Saw one guy up top that came up via Finger Rock Trail. That was about it for the day except a few others down low early on. The Fenix registered 103 degrees out when I got back to the car. No wonder it felt like I was walking into an oven. :lol:
