I had another hike planned after my quick trip down the Thunder River Trail, but I was feeling a little tired and knew I would need the energy for the next day. As a result, I decided to go for a drive and head towards Timp Point. The fall colors were amazing and near their peak in some areas already up there. I really enjoyed the drive and the change of pace for me until I got a flat tire. It was a quick one too. One of those flats that you hear the air hissing the moment you step out of your car. A nail.
