| no partners | | | Came here in September and knew I had to comeback to try and catch some fall colors. It ended up being a pretty special hike! Most of the trees had some good color but looks like it had peaked a week or two ago. While others were still green. The weather couldn’t have been more fall like. Got some good rain, hail, but mainly the constant drizzle combined with the breeze blowing leaves off the trees made it special. The unofficial trail was in great shape and easy to follow same as last time. Sure we will be back in the future! |
