Finally found a day to get a real hike in! Decided we wanted to check out Mt. Ord. Hoped to see some snow. Just some patches here and there but the real highlight was all the trees covered in ice up top, and being in and above the clouds/fog and watching them whip by! Visibility was so limited at times, it really added to the adventure. Took the road up and then just free styled it back down to eventually hitting the road and heading back to the car. Awesome hike. Weather was nice and brisk which is exactly what we wanted. Ellie our 5 month old pup knocked out a 10 mile hike! Much of it off trail and off leash and she kicked butt!
