With our visitors this week we've been doing short walks at various locations (Lookout Mountain, Organ Pipe, Gilbert Riparian) but were braver today. Quite a crowd at Spur Cross but it thinned considerably at the first creek crossing.

The crossings were quite a puzzle for the ones wanting to keep their feet dry. The climb up the hill to Sugarloaf took a toll on some and a stumble into a prickly pear resulted in lengthy trailside surgery.

Still 4 started and 4 finished....success!
