| partners | | | This hike out of Camp GH-Redman Mesa headed south across the mesa to a viewpoint at its southern most tip then traversed around the south side of the mesa exploring the top cliff band on that side of the mesa. We found a recently cleared ranching trail descending the west side of the mesa which we would end up using to access areas of interest on two more hikes in the next two days. We had hoped to find evidence of ancient habitation along the base of the cliffs and found none but were rewarded with great views of the Turkey Creek drainage. |
