a nice afternoon hike; quite a few people out. Took some of the extra "Ups" along with the circumference today; practicing a little extra AEG. One of those "ups" is pretty rutted even after them putting a lot of rock on it. I put up a photo. On the southeast side I hesitated and then opted for the extra up on this very rock covered trail. Very clear views all around!

WATCH: 3 miles starting with temp of 71.5 and 20% humidity (high point 1740, low 1544) 132 avg bpm (seems high again but maybe the matrix had changed), max 158 (7% at anaerobic, 40% at aerobic, 53% at zone 2 weight control) burning 424 calories finishing at 3:28PM
