Quick Sunday hike to stretch the legs. Temps were starting to get warm and the once green desert floor has started to turn brown. I still managed to capture some cool wildflowers, especially on the Northern slopes of the mountain. Spotted some decent pieces of quartz and jasper as well. We did see a couple of snakes, including a baby rattler that was dead on the side of the path. :(
Nice to see someone added a permanent bench on the summit by the flag. Looking out around the valley, the views were great.
