Route 
. I figured I would do this loop and see how the colors are doing. I went counter clockwise. Shorts and two HAZ shirts kept me comfy. Just a touch of color by the turnoff for Promontory Trail. About five miles in there is a real nice section of Maples with just a touch of color. Although they were mostly green and yellow, this is still an area I like. There was about a dozen cows by Horton Spring and cowpies to boot! They must have came up Horton trail as the cowpies were all the way back. The green and waterfalls are always nice to see. I didn't see any people until a mile down Horton 
. I did see a little color but not a ton. This hike is good anytime though so the color is just a bonus.
