Went out to show my middle son Ben and the dood, some new areas for them.

This was a variation of a few other hikes I'd done in this area, starting at Dry Lake (I've never seen it dry).

Temps were a bit warm at times, but once we got into ECC, there were a few pools to soak a towel and to let the dog cool off.

We had lunch at the cave, which was easily 15 degrees cooler.

Always good hiking with my son.
