This was my 4th attempt. The last 3 times were with people who got tired.
Parking area above Negro Tank.
Headed to un named tank in canyon west of Fresno canyon.
9:25 left truck
9:42 in canyon headed North
9:55 top of ridge looking at tank to West - water 7 min
10:02 headed down to Fresno canyon
10:11 by 35 min rock
10:24 at tank - 1.3 miles
10:49 Split rock - base of come rounded boulders and double cliffs.
11:23 - water break - 10 min
11:33 small window headed back
12:00 up and over ridge into original canyon
12:25 - Negro Canyon camping area - talked to guy on bike.
1:00 - back at truck
Cliffed out a couple of times but it was quick to find another way
2 quarts of water - used 1
no lunch - mistake
took an hour to get to the tank stuff looked cool beyond that. Found a second dam.
brought back one crystally rock.
