| partners | | | Our second short hike of the day in Red Rock Canyon after the Calico Tanks we hiked in the Willow Springs area. This hike was just a bunch of short trails linked together. We parked where ever we could find a parking spot (by this time there were quite a few people in the park). We hiked to the Petroglyphs, Lost Creek and then over to Ice Box Canyon returning to the Willow Springs Picnic area. Interesting trails but not something I would normally pick for a hike. Ice Box Canyon would be an interesting hike but we didn’t have enough time to do that, had to get back to the hotel and get all purdied up for the Marine Corps Ball (Yes we still have those). |
