Merrelly we stroll along. The Merrells are sturdy for off trail sections but trail are runners more comfortable. This was a return to a hike a few days ago to explore a prospect hole and locate a petroglyph we missed. Took a side trip up treasure hill to see a few petroglyphs there as well. The alleged ruin site on top didn't have much evidence left. It warmed up by 12pm but I was out soon after. Not as many hikers out for a Saturday. They must be shopping.
