A stroll to test some Hoka boots and look for some cabin rubble. I hiked from the Needle Vista lot and took a ridge over to the trail leading to the horse lot. From the horse lot I hiked toward Hackberry Spring but turned back through the trail in the wash. Only one hiker and his dog on the trail.
