Beautiful day to be outside hiking!

I had forgotten how steep the carney springs trail is. Yikes!

I had not been up to three sisters before. I enjoyed it immensely! So beautiful up there, even despite the moonscape due to the fire.

Not too many people on the trail. We had the three sisters to ourselves except for one other hiker. We saw a few people on the Ridgeline and a few on Carney springs. After passing the junction with wave cave, it was like being at the mall. It is unreal the number of people.

Saw 6 bighorn sheep munching and hanging out halfway down the carney springs trail. What a treat!
