Nice loop in south mountain, though hotter than desired. Saw our friend the snake on Guadalupe ridge. Missed a turn for the Ridgeline trail in the trail web maze. But no worries, slightly different loop than desired, but as a result got to see a plethora of quail!

People and bikes everywhere, as expected. The Guadalupe ridge is the best with the least people and the most fun!

Parking lot had a fair number of empty spaces at 6a. Lot was mostly full by the end of the hike despite the heat.
